Namrata Patwari – The Woman Behind India’s Financial Revolution

Namrata Patwari - The Startup Facts

Namrata Patwari is not just a Chartered Accountant, she’s a woman on a mission to make finance accessible, strategic, and truly empowering for entrepreneurs across India. As the co-founder of Quadric Capital, Namrata brings more than just numbers to the table. She brings vision, empathy, and an unshakable commitment to solving real-world business challenges.

Growing up in a family of finance professionals in Hyderabad, Namrata was exposed early to balance sheets and boardroom conversations. She is a second-generation CA, and her father’s 30+ years in the industry gave her a front-row seat to the mechanics, and the human side, of financial growth. But even then, Namrata always knew she’d chart her own path. After completing her BBA and MBA, she immersed herself in the world of financial consulting, project finance, and debt restructuring.

With every assignment, she saw a recurring theme: many passionate entrepreneurs lacked the financial tools and access needed to scale their businesses. That observation became the seed for Quadric Capital. Today, Quadric helps businesses access strategic funding, manage complex financial structures, and navigate the road to sustainable growth. Namrata’s expertise has led to multi-million-dollar deals across sectors, and her firm has become a go-to advisor for growth-stage companies across India.

But Namrata’s story doesn’t stop at spreadsheets. She’s equally passionate about social impact. Through Project Ikshana, she and her team have served over 100,000 millet-based meals to underprivileged school children. For her, success isn’t just about profits, it’s about purpose. “No child should have to choose between hunger and education,” she says. And with Ikshana, she’s making sure they don’t have to.

Now, Namrata is stepping into a new frontier. She is developing India’s first AI-driven Structured Franchise Finance Platform, a revolutionary tool designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs access franchise opportunities through structured funding. It’s not just about funding businesses; it’s about creating passive income, building micro-entrepreneurs, and reshaping the middle-class dream.

Her approach to business is deeply personal. “I see finance as a story,” Namrata says. “Every number has a human behind it:  a dream, a struggle, a future.” That empathy-driven philosophy makes her a standout in a field often viewed as rigid or impersonal.

Namrata is also a strong advocate for women in leadership, often speaking at panels and mentoring upcoming female professionals. She actively contributes to business networks like BNI India, where she connects with peers, shares insights, and uplifts others with her characteristic mix of warmth and clarity. In a world where finance can seem cold and transactional, Namrata Patwari brings back the human touch. She’s proof that numbers can tell stories of courage, resilience, and bold ideas. And as she continues to expand her work and innovation footprint, one thing is clear: Namrata is just getting started.
